Air Jet Sieve Open Mesh

The same with HMK-200 Air Flow Sieve, 200LS-N Air Jet Sieve is designed for rapid and accurate sieving of the powder（2um~4000um）in modern laboratory. Because the fine powder with less than 4000um particle size is prone to agglomeration, static electricity and blockage of the mesh of the analysis sieve during the sieving process, the traditional vibrating sieve has been unable to accurately and rapidly sieve such fine powder. These powder include paint, coal ash powder, flour, Chinese and western medicine powder, glass fiber powder and other materials. HMK-200 Air Jet Sieve adopts a specially designed rotating jet slot and electrostatic removal device to perfectly meet the rapid and accurate sieving results. Working principle

The air flow from the rotating air jet groove under the mesh is continuously dredged through the mesh hole, and the fine powder is continuously thrown up to disperse it back to the sieve surface. In addition, under the negative pressure of vacuum generator (industrial vacuum cleaner) and the gravity of materials, the micro powder smaller than the particle size of the sieve quickly pass through the sieve to achieve rapid and accurate sieving results. HMK-200 meets the international and domestic quality control standards for paint, cement, construction, coal, medicine and other industries.
