The working principle of HMK-200 Air Jet Sieve is different from that of traditional vibrating sieve. Traditional vibrating sieve adopts eccentric motor oscillation method or adopts electromagnetic oscillation method to oscillate the particles. The sieve hole is easy to block, and the efficiency is not high.
HMK-200 vibrating airflow sieve adopts air jet airflow to oscillate the particles which to be tested. The agglomeration is reasonably removed. Under the condition of uniform and adjustable negative pressure, although the agglomeration is effectively removed, it does not destroy the particles. This is very important for ensuring the accuracy of sieving. Then use standard sieve to do automatic sieving. HMKTest HMK-200 is widely used in domestic market.
