The operation method of tapped density meter is very easy. Beginners can learn well within a few minutes.
1.Firstly, place the tapped density meter on the experiment platform.
2. Install the measuring cylinder on the vibration component of tapped density meter of HMKTest.
3.Load the sample into the measuring cylinder and record the volume before vibration.
4.Start the instrument for vibration compaction.
5.Write down the volume after vibration.
6.Calculate the powder’s tapped density according to the formula m/v.
