2001-3 The working principle of rotary sample splitter

First install the test tube in the sample receiver (6 or 8 tubes, default number is 6. It varies according to the user’s choice of composite funnel). Turn on the main power. Turn on the vibration feeder switch on the control panel, and adjust the amplitude knob. Large amplitude means fast injection, while small amplitude means slow injection. At the same time, turn on the sample receiver switch on the control panel and select three preset speeds: low speed, medium speed or high speed. By furthering adjusting the speed add or subtract buttons to achieve the appropriate speed. Add an appropriate amount of samples to the sample holding tank. The sample is automatically divided into 6 or 8 parts (it differs according to the user’s choice of composite funnel). Each part of the sample divided has the same representativeness as the existing sample. According to the needs of different users, the samples in the test tube can be repoured into the holding tank for further splitting.
